Chapters

Local chapters are an integral part of achieving CCRL’s mission. Much of the offensive advertising, television and theatre skits and misleading articles that CCRL aims to combat are contained within individual municipalities. National office relies on the reports and initiatives of individual members to advise us of these problems, and several areas are already served in a formal way by local chapters.

If you reside in VancouverAntigonish, Moncton, NB or the Windsor-Essex area of southwestern Ontario, contact us for an update about the active chapters in your area. If you live elsewhere, we would be happy to introduce you to others who are interested in re-activating or forming chapters. National office helps chapters with official affiliation and letterhead, research, writing and office services as required, and advice and direction on any local matter that may arise.

Their work includes many social initiatives, solidarity with the poor, and programs for women to improve their life skills and sense of self-wo...
